Coach Mathew graduated from Penn State with a Bachelors of Science n Nutrition. Jonathan has been an athlete his entire life. He played football for the Hun School of Princeton and later competed as a martial artist in both Kickboxing and Jiu Jit Su. As a Health Coach, Jonathan has trained and counseled a wide variety of clients. He has coached high-level collegiate athletes, recreational athletes, adults looking for overall health and wellness, and people struggling with chronic disease. Jonathan’s education and passion have played a major role in his work with his extraordinary client base, facilitating effective and sustainable nutritional and lifestyle changes. Coach Mathew is dedicated to a holistic approach to performance and wellness. His focus rests on growth and balance, physically and mentally. Jonathan is thrilled to be a part of the Exercise With a Purpose team and is excited to uncover his own potential and that of his clients.
